My main goal is just to stay healthy.  I was injured every year in my college career except for one.  I would like to reverse that trend and always stay injury-free.

Personal:

I am a family man.  I am married to my beautiful wife Amy (who also ran at Weber and is quite the runner).  We have two beautiful daughters named Evelyn (3 years old) and Hannah (1 year old).

Quick update: It's been almost four weeks since my surgery. I haven't had any pain at all since the day I had it really. But unfortunately under the incision wound it has swelled up a great deal, so I'm limiting the range of motion again to try and calm it down. It may need to be drained, I'm guessing it will since it's about the size of a ping pong ball. So haven't done any cross training or running yet and probably won't for another 4+ weeks....to be continued.
