3 miles easy (6:58 ap). My knee felt great for 1.5 miles, ok for 0.5, and ached a tad the last mile. Progress is being made but it's terribly slow. We're talking a snail's pace. It is definitely better than it was 2-3 weeks ago.
The hard thing is I don't feel it at all doing anything else. I could do 8 sprints down a football field and not feel a thing. It's only after 1.5-2 miles. So it's hard to judge whether it's ready to resume running or not. You think it is, go run, feel great for 10 minutes, get your hopes up, then it all comes crashing down. So you wait 3-4 days and wonder if it's ready again because you haven't felt a thing.
Hopefully 1-2 more weeks, but I've been saying that for a month.
