AEROBIC BUILDER

I met Ken, Hales, and Bryant at 5:45 to do an aerobic builder.  We warmed up two miles and then got into the builder.  Hales and I went a bit quicker than Ken and Bryant and didn't see them again until the last mile on the way back.  We averaged 5:24/mile for 8 miles.  We cooled down one mile afterward and then I drove to work in my heater-less car...brrr.

Are you doing PHX or Woodlands? Nice job on Sat, by the way. You are ON fire.

Thanks Melody. I have been happy with my progress. I finally wrote a training schedule back in November and have tried to stick to it. I guess getting organized really helps, instead of randomly doing workouts when I feel like it.

I am running PHX.

Nice job to you too on your race Saturday! Your training looks great as well.

Nice work Riley. Those aerobic builders are paying off.

Another good one Riley. I think these have been the key to your success and will lead to your best marathon. Great work!
