My main goal is just to stay healthy.  I was injured every year in my college career except for one.  I would like to reverse that trend and always stay injury-free.

I am a family man.  I am married to my beautiful wife Amy (who also ran at Weber and is quite the runner).  We have four beautiful daughters named Evelyn (6 years old), Hannah (4 year old), Nora (2 year old), and Iris (5 months).

Real men push jogging stollers. I see all these couples out running together and the women are always pushing the stoller.

Agreed Ryan. I write easy miles but really no miles are easy when pushing the jogger, especially uphill.

Spence, she's coming along quite well with the post-pregnancy getting back in shape routine!

What made it more of a workout was not only pushing the jogger but I had to stop a few times when Hannah cried and give her her pacifier again and then catch back up to Amy!

I often run on easy days with the stoller. It takes practice doing the one are swing or the one-handed-push-double- arm-wing-one-armed-push. Eventually you get pretty good at it, even up hills.
