FARTLEKS: 3x3,200 METERS
I met Ken, Ben, Denver, Matt, and Jon at Skyline Walmart. We warmed up three miles and then did differing workouts. I did three sets of fartleks, alternating 400s with one fast 800 thrown in. The workout went reasonably well. It was quite a bit faster than last month, but just shy of matching my pre-Chicago times for the same workout.
