A little Ogden Crew long run with Jon, Bryant, Bret, and Jason. 25 miles on a very hilly route in 2:37. I felt strong.

Very nice! What time do you guys start to get 25 miles in? Sheesh I'm impressed.

Dang! 25 on a Monday in one run! You would think we had a bunch of professional runners up in Ogden.

Rachelle, we Jason and I started at 4:45 as we needed to be done by 7:30. The others joined us at 5:00 then finished up after we stopped.

Scott we have a bunch of wanna-be's is what we have!

It was actually a really pleasant run until the conversation stopped at 15 and the pace dipped below 6:00.
