HILL REPS: 6X400 & 2X200

I met up with Bret, Jason, and Dave at Smiths and we did 5+ miles easy then looped back to the end of Glassman Way by the hospital and did a hill workout, and it was a doozy. The hill was steeper than last week for the 200s.

400 Splits: 79 79 79 76 76 77 with 400 jog down for rest

200 Splits: 36 35 with 200 jog rest

Tough workout that really got the heart rate elevated.

No improvement with the knee but no setback either.

Looking sharp. Let me know what your plans are this weekend. If you wanna set up around a 15 mile run before the half we'd be game. Maybe meet out there at the start at like 5:30-6...

very good turnover on that kind of incline. This kind of wo to the regiment will make the hills at Boston a lot easier during the 16-21. nice work...makeithappen...

Those had to hurt bad. Best news is that knee. I hope it stays ok. Great work today Riley.

Oops. I misread the part about no improvement on the knee. Well at least no setbacks.
