2.3 miles easy with a short stretching session in the middle. 2 miles is about the threshold below which I don't experience any knee pain. So for now, we'll keep it to around 2 miles with a really good stretching session before and something during like today.
Followed running up by wallking 18 holes of golf. I was 1 under par thru 8 and then some dude who lives along the course came from his house and asked to join us. I wasn't happy about that. I hate when people spectate my golf rounds. Long story short, I choked on the last hole with a penalty and ended with double bogey for a 37, one over par. This ties my best 9-hole round ever and I really think I could've at least hit even par if this dude didn't show up.
