11.75 miles around the base perimeter @ 6:10 avg pace.  Met Ken early before work to get in a long-ish run.  We ended up going faster than I planned, but I felt well enough.  There doesn't seem to be any lingering soreness or fatigue from the race.  My knee is bothering me a bit, which is troublesome since that's what put me out for two months in December.  So I'll have to monitor it closely and not overdo anything right now.  I did run with tape on my knee today and it seemed to help a bit.

Nice push on a Monday after the race. My legs are definitely more thrashed than yours. I had a few sub-7 min miles this morning but I didn't want to go any faster. Looks like I could use more tempo miles and intervals.

Scott, I do think that the many miles I've been logging around 5:20 pace has made my recovery after halves a lot quicker. I don't experience the same soreness I did last year after a half. I do about 6-8 miles toward the end of my long run each week around 5:20-5:30 pace and I think that has helped a lot. I just need more intervals at sub-5:00 pace so I can get my Half pace down.
