My main goal is just to stay healthy.  I was injured every year in my college career except for one.  I would like to reverse that trend and always stay injury-free.

I am a family man.  I am married to my beautiful wife Amy (who also ran at Weber and is quite the runner).  We have four beautiful daughters named Evelyn (6 years old), Hannah (4 year old), Nora (2 year old), and Iris (5 months).

AM: 9.74 miles easy with Jace and Jon out in Mariott-Slaterville and West Haven.  Nice, pleasant weather this morning.  Jace showed me a trick he uses to keep his laces tied in races after he read my race report for Ogden.

PM: 4.37 miles easy around good ol' South Weber.

A running shoe's laces are a key factor in purchasing for me. I sometimes have to use a fork to undo a solid double knot on my Newtons!

I'm a little worried about the shoelace trick. It has always worked great for me though. It's kind of like when you tell a friend about a great movie and then when you sit down to actually watch it you're worried it won't be as good as you've been making it sound...
