My main goal is just to stay healthy.  I was injured every year in my college career except for one.  I would like to reverse that trend and always stay injury-free.

I am a family man.  I am married to my beautiful wife Amy (who also ran at Weber and is quite the runner).  We have four beautiful daughters named Evelyn (6 years old), Hannah (4 year old), Nora (2 year old), and Iris (5 months).

2.1 miles easy in South Weber after work. I hadn't tried a run in two weeks and thought I'd give it a shot today. The pain was minimal; actually, it wasn't even pain. It was just noticeable that it's not quite 100% if that makes sense. I could sense its presence, but it wasn't painful. AP 7:06

Another 0.65 miles right afterward with my 3-year old Evie. She wanted to practice for the South Ogden Kid's K, which she is signed up for in two weeks. She did a 15:06 pace for the 0.65. The actual kid's K that she's running is more like 0.9 on a hilly course, so it'll be interesting to see how she does and if she wants to keep practicing for it.

A run with no pain. That's a huge step. Even if the next one does hurt.
