PROGRESSION LONG RUN

I met up with Jace way too early in the morning and got started on a progressive long run.  The goal was to just start slow and increase in the pace each mile until we hit the low 5:00s.  We both felt pretty sluggish the whole time, but it still ended up ok (but not great).  Progression through 14 miles and then easy cool down after that.  Splits 754 718 700 706 639 616 605 558 556 547 537 530 521 506

great workout despite the sluggishness. This is one of those days where you don't want to do it and then when you get it done, you're like, "glad I did it". Nice effort with Jace...

Great run Riley. Looks kind of like what I did only longer and faster. Hey, I could have run miles 7-11 with you at least. Nice work!

Thanks guys.

Derek, I saw your run today. Good run and yeah they do look similar. I think these progressions are good workouts.

Great work Riley! Progressions are fun and you knocked out a very solid one.
