1.7 miles, no watch. Well today was extremely frustrating. After Saturday's relatively pain free 2-mile run, I thought I was on the mend. This morning I attempted two miles again and right around 1.25 in the pain came on strong and by 1.7 I couldn't eve hobble, let alone run. I had to walk it in keeping my leg as straight as possible to avoid the pain of bending it.

I went from best it's felt in two months on Saturday to worst it's felt in three months today. Going on four months since I've had this and just no progress, so frustrated! Today was almost as bad as when the symptoms first started.

Physical therapy again later this afternoon...

I'm so sorry Riley. That is so frustrating and I really hope you can get some answers and things start to improve.

My IT band has flared up differently every time (I'm sure Rachelle can attest to this), but that sounds exactly like the very first time mine flared up. It was the longest 1/2 mile walk to my kids' soccer practice of my life. IIt was absolutely terrible. hope the PT gets you rockin' again soon.

Speaking of soccer, I was thinking we were going to pull something off around the 103rd minute.. Made a good run at it, though.
