150 minute run or 23.1 miles up in Ogden Valley with Ken, Bryant, and Jon.  Bryant wanted to get out of the smog, so we traded off a few degrees in temp for cleaner air.  It was 0 degrees when we started the run.  Toward the end I did a two-mile pickup 5:19 and 5:09.  Glad to get this one in even if it wasn't the most pleasant of runs.

Tough. Can't comprehend that temperature living in Arizona. Nice Run!

Nice run Riley. I couldn't imagine getting out of bed at those temps, never mind going out for a 150 min run. Nice fast finish. I feel cold even thinking about it.

Great long run and nice push at the end. Overall, that's a terrific pace for a long run; 23.1 miles in 150 minutes. Nice work!

Great work getting the job done in sub-optimal conditions. And nice finish!
