21.36 miles @ 6:55 avg. pace.  Met up with Ben, Jon, and Bryant to do a long run.  Ben and Jon ran the first 13 or so with us at an easy 7:12 pace.  After they were done, Ken Richardson joined us and we picked the pace up a bit.  Threw in a 4-mile tempo run at 5:40 pace from 16-20.  This was a good run and my legs don't feel too bad from it.

Solid run Riley! 21 miles is always tough and to throw in 4 sub 2:30 pace miles at the end is great! Looking forward to see how you do in the marathon. Keep up the good work!

Nice job. The fact that you have been able to bounce back from all the half-marathons (which are hard on the body) and then pop off a LR like this is a good sign. You've got the strength, the body is hardened up from all the long races... you'll do great at UVM!

Thanks guys. I felt good on the run and it gives me confidence for UVM. The tempo portion was on rolling hills with a slight overall elevation gain. So it was a great simulation for the race.
