6.31 miles easy on the base perimeter road.  My legs feel quite a bit better today than yesterday, but they are still a little weak and wobbly.

If I came here and read that you were hardly tired or stiff, I'd have to come up there and kick you in the shins. You're Mr. Recovery! Any marathon plans this weekend? :-)

Haha no, no marathons plans this weekend. I thought that was plenty crazy last fall doing two marathons in 8 days.

But, this guy from Flagstaff who I met at Morgan Marathon last year was at PHX Marathon this weekend and he was flying out after the marathon to run the Little Rock Marathon the next day. He said he's done marathons 3 days in a row before. And he's no slouch, he ran low 2:40's at PHX and then 2:59 the next day at Little Rock. Now that is crazy!

Go on Scott, get over there and give him a kick - just for the fun of it.

Fight! Fight! Fight!

@ Riley - Yeah, maybe one of these days we'll get jazzed about seeing how many marathons we can do in a year...maybe...

@ Bam - I would, but I have a high degree of confidence that Riley would kick my butt-he's at least 90% tougher than I.

recovery is fun...love the banter...that guy is insane...must feel no pain to be able to do that...

Recovering quite nicely...
