70 minutes easy effort on the Arc Trainer. I decided to take a day off running to be safe as I continue to ramp up slowly. I finished up with abs, hip exercises, pushups, and lower body lifting.

This is my "heat map" of where I've run since I got my Garmin in 2012, pretty cool:

I recognize so many of those loops. Awesome

Strava has some really cool (and helpful) features. I take it the loop between Roy and Clearfield is the aerobic builder loop?

Jason, Strava does heat maps for premium members, but I won't ever pay for that. This did use Garmin data I had transferred to strava however.

The loop you see there is actually the Air Force Base. We loop the flight line in the middle there where the planes land and take off etc. The Aerobic builder loop is further North. You can see a hot spot where we take off in all directions and the loop is to the west from there.

I see. I thought it looked quite different, but thought it may have been a browser and operating system difference.

What did you use to create this?

Someone online had a website that did it for you using your Strava data.
