9 miles easy.  I met up with Ken, Bryant, and Bret to do 9 miles easy in Ogden.  A nice, warm 15 degrees with a strong canyon wind at the start...when do I get to Phoenix?  The bad news is I woke up with a sore throat yesterday morning and again this morning.  Bad timing for a cold to hit, hopefully I can kick it before Saturday.  I'm pounding the Zinc lozenges and vitamin C.

You have plenty of time to kick the cold. Better to come on yesterday than Thursday! You are ready to rock.

You will kick the cold. Not to state the obvious but lots of water and sleep should help as well. Can't wait to see how you do on Saturday.

Melody, great point. Thursday would be a lot worse. I think you are ready for a fast time too down there!

Fritz, I can't wait either. I hope I can finally get a "breakthrough" marathon.

Dude, we must be on the same time clock. That is exactly when I caught this crud. I hope we loose it by Thursday at least. Too much invested to feel low energy levels. Are you flying or driving Riley?

From RileyCook on Mon, Feb 25, 2013 at 14:09:54 from 132.3.57.80

Spencer, I'm driving. We're driving halfway tomorrow and the rest on Wednesday morning. I was going to just go myself and fly down, but I figured the family really needed a break from being stuck indoors all winter.

How about you? When are you heading down?
