AM: 18.8 miles easy with Ben and Bryant, avg pace 6:33/mile. The weather was a lot cooler and enjoyable. We ran the Aerobic Builder route and then extended it into reverse Monroe Your Boat. I felt a bit weak earlier in the run (maybe due to yesterday's fast?), but strong at the end. Ben was adding on after Bryant and I finished; he was feeling good.

PM: 4.5 miles easy around my 'hood with 4x12 second strides on the soccer field, avg pace 6:32/mile.

Twice a week long runs... nice! There's a sign things are coming together nicely! haha. Is Bryant running SGM? Is he in that same kind of 2:15 shape as a couple years ago?

Thanks Taylor, my legs are feeling stronger, which is good. Endurance has always been more of an issue for me than speed. This time around the endurance and leg strength feels really good. So here's hoping for the best...

Bryant hasn't raced yet this year. But, he's put in some pretty good mileage. He was going to race TOU Half, but had a minor setback with a hamstring. I think he'll shoot for an OTQ at Indy Monumental or CIM. He's not quite as fit now as in 2013, but in a couple months he very well could be.

There's no question you're on a mission. Great start to the week!
