My main goal is just to stay healthy.  I was injured every year in my college career except for one.  I would like to reverse that trend and always stay injury-free.

I am a family man.  I am married to my beautiful wife Amy (who also ran at Weber and is quite the runner).  We have four beautiful daughters named Evelyn (6 years old), Hannah (4 year old), Nora (2 year old), and Iris (5 months).

I warmed up 22:30 on the Arc Trainer. Then I tried running on the treadmill to test the knee. I knew it would feel better uphill rather than flat or downhill. So I two miles at an avg pace of 7 mph and avg incline of 13%. According to Daniel's formula that's a 4:42 effort for flat road. Not sure how accurate that is but I did get my heart rate up to a max of 177 during it, which is faster than threshold. Then I did another 20 minutes on the Arc Trainer to cool down.

I enjoyed the video. Several different seasons in one video!

I know cross training isn't fun, but you built a lot of fitness back on that arc training coming back from injury. I learned a lot from that. Hope you continue to see progress.
