6.17 miles easy around my neighborhood at 4:30 am before I have to leave for the airport.  I was hoping to run more in the evening but we didn't get to our hotel in Ohio until 10 pm due to delays.

6 miles easy near the hotel in Dayton in the early morning.  The time change is killing me.

7.48 miles easy at Englewood Metropark on some trails.  We were lucky to get out of meetings a tad early today so I talked my co-worker into heading to the park to run on some trails.  Beautiful trails with a nice variety.

AM: AEROBIC BUILDER: FARTLEK

I ran an aerobic builder on the roads near the hotel.  It's hard to get the body moving 5 minutes after waking up at what is 3:00 am in the time zone I'm used to, but it turned out ok.  The goal was to alternate 5:40/5:10 every mile for eight miles.  Actuals: 5:42 5:06 5:33 5:09 5:39 5:07 5:42 5:06

PM: 4.71 miles easy at the Metropark again.  Just had enough time for a quick run before I had to drive my co-worker to Cincy to fly out (he got to leave a day earlier than the rest of us).

7 miles easy.  It's getting harder every morning to wake up and run out here in Ohio.  I'm just so tired.  I hit snooze way too many times and only ended up with enough time for 7 miles before our meetings.

Again I wanted to run in the evening but we were in meetings until 5:30 and then had to drive to Cincy in rush hour traffic and didn't get to our hotel until 7:00 and by then I was too hungry and just didn't get back out for a run.

7.43 miles easy.  I got back into town around 3 and went running with Amy and pushing the kids for four miles and then I tacked on a few more after.  My mileage is certainly not where I'd like it to be for Ogden coming up, but oh well.

LONG RUN

I met up with Bryant, Jace, and Brad Osguthorpe in Morgan for a long run.  It was good to see Brad; I don't think I've seen him in a year or so.  He's very much still in good shape!  We ended up with 8 miles of pretty good quality: 5:52 5:44 5:41 5:34 5:33 5:31 5:27 5:15
