9.8 miles easy on the parkway, avg pace 7:19/mile. Ken, Denver, and I did Dave's warmup with him to the 21st Street Pond from Kneaders. Then we dropped Denver back off at the cars and ran up the parkway to meet Ben, who was finishing a terrific workout, and we cooled down with Ben. My legs felt surprisingly decent, the three days off sure seemed to help.

Beautiful morning out there!

10.05 miles in the Terrace with Ken, Jason, and Ben, avg pace 7:32/mile. My legs felt much worse today than yesterday. My left calf was pretty tight. The easy-paced runs will continue for awhile.

10.15 miles from Dave's house down Birdsong, crossing over Canyon Rd, up to the Canal and back with Dave, Ben, and Taylor, avg pace 7:05/mile. I massaged and rolled my left calf quite a bit last night and it definitely paid dividends, as my legs felt pretty good today.

I also went on the podcast, The Banyan Collective, this morning to discuss the Ogden Marathon. I'll post a link once they get it up, for anyone that's interested.

13.05 miles starting at Wheeler Canyon -> Ard & Nord -> Ice Box -> Maples -> Green Pond -> Ard & Nord, avg pace 7:54/mile with 2,025 feet elevation gain. I ran with Bret and it was incredibly green and beautiful up there this morning.

Check out the Mr. Goodyear's Neighborhood podcast here where I go to discuss the Ogden Marathon with Jon, Brandon, and Todd
